The Palace of Westminster, also known as the Houses of Parliament, is the meeting place for both houses of the British parliament. On 5 November 2013, the vote for an important anti-terrorism bill was held in the palace. Lord Moran, a North Korean spy, planned to destroy the palace. His plot involved a railway car filled with explosives hidden in an abandoned Underground station. However, his plan was foiled by the consulting detective Sherlock Holmes and his companion John Watson.
