Bill Wiggins

Bill Wiggins was a homeless man who 'worked' at a local drug den. He was attacked by John Watson and was convinced he had a broken arm.

Bill later visited 221B Baker Street while Sherlock was on cocaine. He left in a scared state after Sherlock became erratic.

The character Bill Wiggins alludes to two characters from the original stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle: Billy the pageboy and Wiggins, the leader of the Baker Street Irregulars.[1]
